- For the MONARCH sanitary wares that are not sold by the current dealer, the current dealer mustn't refuse after service, but can ask the customers contact the factory first and the factory provide a proper arrangement according to the details
Behaviors Criterions for After Service Workers
The after service Workers are the symbol of the factory. As the result, they must be on tidy clothes( It's better to wear the special clothes prepared by factory.), openhanded, decent and well-spoken. The details is as below:
- The clothes are modest and tidy. Be polite to customers
- When entering the customer's house, wear the shoe covers prepared by yourself; put the tools taking with you orderly
- Never use customers anything (including telephone) until permitted by customers
- Clean the maintain place when finished
- No smoking, eating and living in customers' house
- Never charge more than the prescript fee and the customers' gifts
